- What is the difference between $199 and $349?
- $199 runs the whole job: quote it, email it, take the card, send the crew, read the reports. It covers 5 trucks and 5 people in the office. $349 removes those two limits and adds the payroll calculator, storage billing, overbooking warnings and a second department. You can move between them yourself, any month.
- Do you charge per user or per truck?
- No. One price a month. Your movers never count towards anything, on either plan.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. There is no setup fee and no contract. I set your company up before you start.
- Does it text my customers?
- No. It emails them from your own templates. Texting is not built, so I do not sell it.
- Who sets it up?
- I do. Your price list, your people and your address, by hand, before you start. No charge.
- Can my crew see the job?
- Yes, on Android, on both plans, on every truck. The customer signing at the door comes with it. The download is at the foot of this page.
- Is my book mixed in with other movers?
- No. Your own address, on its own database.
- Do I sign anything?
- No. It is monthly and you can stop any month. The price does not go up on you.
- Do I have to use your card processor?
- No. Bring your own and keep your own rates. I do not take a cut of what you charge.
